Note: you only need to set up your Logon ID and Security Code via one of the above. Your Logon ID and Security Code will be the same for both the Mobile App and Virtual Branch Next at our web site.
- If you were a previous user please note that any recurring scheduled transfers which had been built in Online Access (prior to March 21, 2024) did not carry over into the new VBN platform.
- These will need to be re-built in Virtual Branch Next. Click here for further instructions.
Note that scheduled direct deposits/payroll deductions are not affected by this platform change. Additionally, payments set up in BillPay were also unaffected.
