• On Tuesday 9/15/26, our core processing partner experienced a system disruption caused by a cooling infrastructure failure. This was a system failure, but it is important to note, this was NOT a data breach, a cybersecurity event, ransomware, etc.
• As a result, critical key systems, including the ability to receive and post incoming and outgoing ACH files, as well as online and mobile banking went down.
• Our core provider is actively working around the clock to restore all affected credit unions. More than 300 credit unions across the nation were affected by this event.
• We are happy to share that effective the afternoon of 9/17/26, incoming and outgoing ACH files were restored to functionality. As a result, ACH activity (including important incoming files such as large employer payroll files) are now functioning normally.
• Our vendor has not yet supplied a firm estimated timeframe for restoration of online/mobile access. They continue actively to work around the clock to restore this essential service. We will provide updates as soon as possible.
We understand the frustration and inconvenience this issue has caused. It has been short of the level of service you deserve and that we strive to provide.
